Depending on your seating arrangement, McIntyre Place can accommodate up to 120 guests.

This information will be outlined when making your booking.

We have several different suggestions, please email our Director of Events to discuss options.

The Buchtel House (located at 217 W 7th St.) across the street, can be rented as a bridal suite for your big day.

Yes, we will always have a staff member on site during your event.

Start and end times will be chosen during your booking process. We offer three time slots per day (8am-12noon, 12noon-5pm and 5pm-11pm). You may book multiple time slots, please contact our Director of Events for multi-booking discounts.

We will have the tables and chairs set up in your desired floor plan before your arrival.

You are responsible for throwing all trash away inside the venue and removing all décor/linens that were brought by you. You are also responsible for making sure the space is left very close to the way you found it, except for normal cleaning services.

**An excessive cleaning fee will be charged to the account holder in the event that additional cleaning is required above and beyond the normal time allotted.

Please send all company/event pictures/logos that you’d like to display on our TVs to: bookings@mcintyre-place.com.

Payments

In the event of a cancelation with notice of 90 days or more prior to event date, 100% of the booking fee will be refunded. Notice of cancelation with less than 90 days but more than 30 days, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Notice of cancelation within 30 days prior to the event and 0% will be refunded.

A transfer fee may be required if new date is available.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. If you would like to discuss possible deposit options please contact our Director of Events.

Your date is not officially booked until your first payment has been processed.

Bar

We can provide full bar services, although all alcohol and bartenders must be provided by McIntyre Place. If there is a specific spirit or beverage you would like to request, we will do our best to accommodate.

No outside alcohol may be brought into McIntyre place, per Indiana State Law.

Indiana State Law prohibits carry-out from the McIntyre Place bar.

We will reach out to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your event to go over your bar preferences and other event details.

Absolutely! We are happy to work with you to curate the perfect personalized drink for your event.

Vendors

Yes, we allow you to use any licensed and insured vendors. However, you will be responsible for the vendors you allow into the space that are not on our preferred vendors list.

Absolutely! Please let our Director of Events know that you will be self catering.

We have compiled a list of vendors / caterers that frequently cater at McIntyre Place. To obtain a copy please email our Director of Events and request our Guest Guide at info@mcintyre-place.com.

Our prep kitchen includes:

  • 3 basin sinks with an industrial dishwasher
